Returns & Exchanges

At WANDRD, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your journey, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, affix the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
